It is the structured pathway, the mentorship accelerator, and the community network that ensures rising Black men don’t simply attend great events — they grow into visible, influential leaders.

This event provides the opportunity to celebrate the collective accomplishments of Ebony men from diverse backgrounds and circumstances. For over seventeen years, the event has been an enriching and uplifting occasion for the gathering of friends – old and new.
