Rourke A. Moore, is a Commissioned Ruling Elder, PCUSA and immediate past Moderator of New Castle Presbytery. He currently serves on the Committee on Ministers and Congregations and is a member of the Montgomery Group. Rourke serves as a member of the State of Delaware Public Integrity Commission and New Castle County’s Diversity Commission.

Mr. Moore is a former State Representative. He is a native of Wilmington, Delaware and has two adult sons, Ian, and Justin. Rourke is a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc., and a member of Star in the East Lodge #1 F & A.M. PHA. He is a proud graduate of Delaware State University and Clark Atlanta University.
